XpressPost (Posting from a Loan Origination Software)
I am a Trial / IMX Exchange Broker Member. How can I learn more about posting loans? If you are trying to setup your Loan Origination software for posting, refer to our XpressNotes section of help. For what happens after you post your loan, you may refer to our IMX Broker User Guide section. It is also highly recommended that you attend a free IMX New Member Orientation session. The session is interactive in which you will join a conference call and web session. You will be able to view the trainers screen and ask pertinent questions. Click the Training link on the left side of the page for more information. I get an invalid username message. What is wrong? Remember the Username and Password are case sensitive, e.g., JSmith. Enter your assigned Username and Password (by default the last 5 digits of your Social Security Number). Please send a message to customerservice@imx.com, with a subject of password recovery. The message should include your name, company name and company state. How do I change my password?
